absolute shite

ordered a socket set off amazon for my dads christmas present, didnt ask for express delivery but had ordered well in advance so i was not concerned. after about 10 days I checked through amazon on my order, was directed to the yodel website where it said they had tried to deliver3 times but no one was at home and had left a card each time. I live on a farm, there is always someone here, also no cards had been left. after a lot of time waiting on the phone i managed to get through to a girl who said the parcel would be delivered that day so i waited all day till 8 o clock no delivery, checked the website again and it says the parcel was damaged and has been returned to the sender. 2 working days to xmas, cheers yodel you bunch of *****.
