These people wasted 4 hours of my time and left me frustrated, angry and bitter about the way my disabled mother was treated. They are ridiculous, swamped in processes that they impose on unsuspecting customers and they discriminate against disabled people with communication difficulties. I feel like a dog that was made to perform tricks: over the space of several hours and many many calls to 0800 numbers we provided all the information they asked for, several times. They even wanted both of us in the same room (a three hour round trip) and then would still not agree to transfer the line and number to a new home as 'their system needs to be updated'. They won't deal with me even though I set the account up and have a power of attorney. I would not recommend this company to anyone; they are an absolute disgrace.
