2 parcels expected this morning. 1 parcel came around 11.00hrs. I told the driver that there should be 2 parcels but he was adament there was only 1, even though the box said 1 of 2. Later in the afternoon I received a text which said my parcel would be delivered between 14.11hrs and 15.11hrs. We sat in and waited and no parcel arrived. Tried to ring to find out what had happened but the number given was automated and kept telling me the parcel had been delivered and signed for at 11.11hrs. At 19.48hrs I received an email to say "tried to deliver your order from Scan computers however no one available to accept delivery". How ridiculous, we were home all day waiting, have 3 dogs who bark loudly when anyone comes through the front gate so there is no way we would miss anyone calling at our house. Therefore we have the case for the computer but no parts to put in it and had arranged for someone to come this evening to put it together. Very disappointed indeed at this bad service and what a wasted day considering it is so near Christmas and we could have spent our time getting the bits of shopping..The driver obviously went home early or couldn't be bothered to do all his deliveried.
