I feel that the terms of my booking were not made clear and I ended paying much more with e bookers than I would have with other web sites

I booked with e bookers because it seened cheapest but on arrival it transpired that breakfast was not included in the price of our booking. Most other web sites will identify this by stating "room only" or pointing out that breakfast is not included.
I accept some responsibility for the situation but was very dissappointed with the holiday as breakfast was £12 per day and the price of our holiday was increased by almost half.
Had I booked with olotels, I could have had breakfast for £20 more for the week. I would advise other bookers to be careful of this

Dear Mrs Atkinson - the descriptions for all hotels do include information relating to board basis and will state if breakfast is included in the rate booked.
