i waited a month for sky to install a phone and internet, they called me the day before and said make sure your in as the engineer will be out between 8-1. the engineer didn't turn up, didn't try to call or txt or email as to why and customer services is no help at all, i still don't know why they didn't turn up after a week of emails, online chats and phone calls. i don't mind the date being changed but contacting the customer should be automatic and priority in this day and age. my sister lost a days wages waiting in for the engineer. its really not ok. ive cancelled now and ordered bt infinity. hopfully they will turn up or at least give me a call or email if for any reason they can not.
My bike is 10 weeks old bought from evans chalk farm, in 10 weeks of normal road use both pedals have broke and evans refused to do the first free service because the bike was in bad condition. its not my fault a that the wheels on my £500 Trek are rubbish and the pedals snapped thats a manufactures fault. in the end they wanted to charge me £113 to do the service and gave me the bike back with no pedals at all even though i rode it there with broken ones. Terrible customer service Evans.
Dont trust or buy from evans cycles, they are scam artists. I bought a bike from them that is only 9 weeks old and instead of the free service that was offered with the bike when they happily took my money they tried to charge me £113. a £113 service for a bike that is only 9 weeks old under normal road use?
use a different company instead. i am writing to trading standerds and watch dog about them as they refuse to either do the service that should be free or give me a new bike as a 9 week old bike should not need a service costing over £100
