I ordered a 8x6 tongue and groove shed from Waltons with delivery and installation. It took them a week to come back with a delivery and installation date. Being close to Christmas I was given one slot or the chance to wait four weeks after Christmas for the installation.

As I had dismantled my old shed and reinforced the old base in preparation for the new shed and stored all its contents in my living room I had to take a day off work to get the only installation slot available.

I waited and didn't hear from the driver so I called them after lunch and I was assured they were on their way and I would get my shed that day. At four in the afternoon I got a call saying that they weren't going to be coming on Monday.

I phoned customer services and they didn't know what had gone on and that the shed wasn't coming. The installation team hasn't reported back the fact they had cancelled the job.

On Tuesday I rang customer services and I was told that I was penciled in for Friday. I was a bit suspicious of this as I had previously told that they were on holiday from Thursday. I asked to be called back with a confirmed installation day.

I called back on Wednesday to say that no one had called to confirm Friday. I was told that they would confirm later that day.

By Thursday still no confirmation so I called again and I was told that it would be confirmed later. I finally got a call back to say they would not be coming on Friday.

It appears I was correct that there were no Friday deliveries and that I was just being strung along.

I have been told now delivery will be next year but even with a whole year they can't confirm when delivery will be.

As you can see from here they have a stock response that you can have a refund but a refund is no good to me I want the product I have ordered.

I have also noticed that they don't put negative reviews on their website. As there are a few of them on here I guess this is a deliberate action. Unfortunately this constitutes misrepresentation so I will be forwarding on a complaint toTtrading Standards.

I shall persist with them until I get my order but be warned that they take orders they cannot fulfill in the timescale they give you and have no intention of meeting. This will be the first and last time I use this company and would advise others to steer clear until they sort out their act.
