I ordered a necklace on 12/4 for a Christmas gift and have yet to receive it! I have sent a total of 4 emails and 2 voicemail messages but nobody has returned my email or call. It is a bit suspicious that they do not have a legit contact # and do not provide tracking #'s but, I have ordered from there before and was very pleased. I would hate to change my mind due to poor customer service. PLEASE provide me a tracking # so I can give my neice a Merry Christmas.

I'm sorry for this inconvenience. According to the tracking number 03102640000241583249 on the USPS site your order has been delivered on December 17th. I have sent an email with more details.
