Great product, excellent service!

I'd had a number of personal recommendations for The Print Space, so I was fairly confident ordering from them would be painless.

Thankfully, I was correct! The cart process was very straight forward, with each option explained along the way. Delivery was about the expected time for a bespoke product, although there was no "automatic" communication during the process, until it was due for dispatch - that said, I could have logged into the ordering system at any time for an update, and when I emailed the team with a question, the response was prompt and helpful.

I was most impressed with how the framed print was packaged. A sturdy outer cardboard box, with two layers of tight fitting high density foam around the frame, both securely wrapped in shrink wrap.

Before it arrived, I had concerns that the product could potentially suffered damage during transit. So much so that I asked the delivery driver to wait while I checked - not that the box bore any external damage, I'm just paranoid. after a minute or so, it was clear how well it had been packed, so Mr Citylink went on his way.
