Oh Ebuyer.....
As a former business customer, I use the word former as we gave up with them a couple of years ago, I knew what to expect when it came to ordering for personal use.
Ebuyer do have some excellently priced items, which is the reason for buying from them, however I seem to purchase with some trepidation, I don't really trust ebuyer and I 100% don't trust their choice of delivery company, parcelfarce. I've bought several TV's from ebuyer as they were best priced at the time for the spec of the item ordered. When things go wrong you are better writing the item off as it is not worth the energy and stress to get things resolved through their RMA service, most recent purchase was a very good one. A 42" LED TV, £250 - BARGAIN. Shame they were let down by their own system delaying the sending of my item due to a differing delivery/billing address(something along them lines), the cost to send the item next day - extremely expensive and then the delivery company being useless and not being able to find a huge business which has a big gatehouse with the name of the company on it.
Products very good, service bad. As was always the case with business purchases!!

DPD UK
Best delivery company
I have had nothing but excellent service from DPD, bought many items from ASOS which over the past year have never failed to be delivered. Whether it is down to locality I am not sure but the people who regularly deliver my parcels Yasin or MarkH (DPD please pass on my thanks to them drivers!) in Colne, Lancs are excellent. They are always on time and if I am not in then the text message service where they leave it with a neighbour is always followed and a text to say what address it's been left at with the name of the recipient.
By far and away superior to any other delivery company. Hope more retailers choose to use them, excellent!

Ordered a pandora charm late afternoon in the week before Christmas (19th Dec), which must be retailers busiest time of the year, it turned up next day special delivery FOR FREE. I order pandora charms fairly regularly as I have friends and family that have the bracelets. Used to use more well known online suppliers but this company has earned my trust and it's service stands above the others.
