Thought it was time for a new sofa and want it before Christmas saw this company with the promise of next day delivery and for a price that was great to go with it , so I thought I would ring them and make sure the claim of delivery Friday was true and she assured me on the phone if I placed my order after 12 noon Wednesday I would get my sofa Friday 21st
So at 16:40 on Wednesday I placed my order online with the company - I got my confirmation email and so gets to today Friday 21st December I get up early for possible delivery check the online tracking and it has not moved from status of 20/12/12 and have not had email or text so I decide to ring after sales support and twice I get an automated voice saying all agents are busy call back later
I just want what I paid for which is prompt delivery , communication and my sofa
If I don't get this trading standards is my next call - wont bother wasting it with your automated voice telling me lines are busy
I now understand my label for delivery was not picked until this morning for delivery Monday this is not good enough - I have paid for something that was even stated on your website that you would deliver Friday 21st so you should deliver this day - Monday is not good enough so if you would like to pay my wages Monday for the sofa that ok
But I want and need the sofa today I was assured on the phone delivered Friday and on your website - and again by email and now find out this not the case - I have said on the phone I am willing to pay £20 again for it to be delivered today Friday 21st
Please sort this out or trading will hear saying that you will do something as promised and then not doing it is not acceptable
Have sent number of emails with no response
Had a call from Morris who assures me he is really sorry and that a company called panther are going to deliver my sofa Monday ( Xmas eve) lets hope they do
