Very disappointed in the service!

I was unaware that Viagogo is a black market site! Viagogo sold me tickets when they were not even legally existing. I realised this a few weeks later due to the forum of the artist, which my tickets were for. When I sold the tickets, knowing this, they charged me delivery costs which even never took place! I will never dare to buy tickets from this site, knowing this!
