Placed an order days in advance! Was not delivered on time. Family now thinks i do not care and took some convincing that i did make plans for stuff to be delivered. I am mortified that i had to make excuses for something i was prepared for! Their customer service dept is horrible. Cant phone them, just this silly online thing. It took me throwing my toys to get a delivery charge refund! I will not recomend this company! Please go to interflora! Much better!
