I use these for my business as I sell a lot of personalised canvas prints. I have had a couple been unable to be delivered in the past year however never had one damaged until this week.
They've turned off their web-chat, their phone number when phoned just goes BEEP BEEP. So obviously they've either cut it off for Christmas or its too busy.
I emailed them with pictures that my customer provided of the damage. Cornes were bashed, ripped. The parcel itself was soaking apparently. Their reply was "what was the contents of the parcel". I emailed them back telling them it was a canvas print, plus I wrap all my parcels in bubble wrap and corrugated cardboard to prevent this from happening.
Am still waiting a reply...... Am disgusted cowboy traders? they should do a show about cowboy couriers. They've clearly ignored the fragile tape and just chucked my parcel in the back of the van and placed heavy objects on it.
Well out of pocket this Christmas. THANKS MYHERMES, Useless idiots.
