I've been an OCUK Customer for a few years now, as such I've bought a plethora of products from then (The majority of my hardware purchases are from OCUK).
So, from time to time, I'll have to return an item that has unfortunately gone bad for one reason or another.
This time it was with my brothers mouse, he explained that it came up with "USB Device not recognized".
When I get home from work, I found the same problem, and the mouse wasn't working.
Getting in touch with OCUK's CS couldn't be any easier, just a post on their forum in the Customer Service section and Bailey responded within 20 minutes.
I had Bailey (From OCUK) raise the RMA and then I sent off the mouse the following week.
When the mouse arrived at OCUK, it was tested as working (Not faulty), so I inquired with Bailey, I requested that he use the mouse for the rest of the day, which he did. He kept me updated throughout the day and it continued to work.
In this particular instance, the testing fee was waived, and the delivery return was free.
I received the mouse yesterday, and can 100% confirm that it is indeed the mouse that I'd sent off, and it was indeed working.
The total turn around between them receiving it and me receiving it back was 3 working days.
So while it wasn't a conventional return (As the item for whatever reason had jumped back to life) Bailey and OCUK handled the situation much better than I could have hoped, and I can say with some degree of certainty that I wouldn't have received the same understanding at others E-tailers I've used in the past.
