Sad really, goods I ordered for Christmas which appeared to be in stock on-line were not. I only discovered this when I became concerned that I had not received shipping information and when I chased them was advised they were awaiting goods. Fortunately I was able to order the missing item from another source in time and have now received everything in time for the festive season. This is not the first time this has happened unfortunately.
