Chelsey from the International team has been extremely helpful all week with my parcel that has come in from USA. It has hit some problems along the way and it has been delayed (no fault of parcelforce) but Chelsey has kept me updated day by day by ringing me at 09:00 every morning. The parcel was a gift for my partners 21st so I needed this parcel ASAP so I could give it to her on her birthday, I told this to Chelsey and she generally came across as if she cared and did everything she could to get it to me on time. Going that extra mile when problems occur is a sign of a top courier service and top customer service. If I ever need an import again I will be using Parcelforce. Amazing. Thank you Chelsey
