Hurst IW - Did not deliver but let me know in good time

I trawled the internet to find exactly what We were looking for and at the cheapest price we could find. Despite the delivery charge Hurst came out on top by a couple of pound in a £45 order. I ordered and paid on line. Next day an email was sent letting me know that the item had been discontinued from thier stock for some time and the Web page had included a number of ranges it should have not and this would be addressed with a high priority. My money had been returned - I checked with my bank and even though I ordered late one evening an e-mail had been sent early the next morning to let me know. Disapointing for us but as least we were had the money back immediately and were able to source another one in time for Christmas elsewhere. Though it was slightly more expensive it was delivered today and we will be wraping it and taking it to the appropriate relative tomorrow.
