Im a customer who spends over 100 of pounds just on one order ask for express deliver yet on two occassions have been let down by your service. Exteremly disappointed and not happy with even your online team that is there for help. Besides apologising i was given no information about why my order was delayed what was the reason for it. My pervious order was cancelled. Its a disgrace and very unforthnate because i was very fond the few times ive used your service but clearly i would not be doing so next time.
