I've received boots with a fault (crack on the heel). I don't know why ordered footwear was not checked thoroughly prior to despatch. Even worst if the fault was noticed, but boots were despatched anyway. I was very disappointed and now I need to send it back for refunding. Very inconvenient transaction.

Thank you for your review. Having viewed your images it is indeed concerning that we sent these shoes to you with such a manufacturing fault. I wonder if you could clarify whether you noticed this fault before you started wearing the shoes. This wont affect how we treat your return but it will help me work out whether or not this is a fault that we should have picked up before despatch.
All footwear is checked thoroughly prior to despatch so I am surprised that a fault of this nature should have been despatched unnoticed. I will be discussing the matter with our despatch department.
Once we have the shoes I will investigate the matter thoroughly and we will endeavour to ensure that this matter is dealt with to your satisfaction. Again please accept our apologies for the resulting frustration and inconvenience.
