Very poor service

Had an order sent to me in two parts (I live in Bristol) - one delivered by DPD and the other by Hermes. Both items were dispatched the same day. The one delivered by DPD arrived the next day in excellent condition and their online info service was accurate/informative/helpful + the courier was professional and polite. The one delivered by Hermes arrived five days later in very damaged packaging and the courier looked very unprofessional and was impolite.
Need I say any more ?!
