We despatched your order on 14th December, the day after you placed it. It has been tracked to Milan, the inward postal delivery point for Italy. Before Christmas, postal deliveries are delayed everywhere in Europe, and as stated on our website, the last day for guaranteed delivery before Christmas was 12th December.
