DPD wouldn't know the truth if it smacked them in the face. Lied about the delivery times, three times. Lied about the customer complaints email address.
Two days I've waited, and continue to wait. Delivery between 1 & 2 on thurdsay. Nothing delivered. PROMISED by customer services that it would be delivered before 12 today. when I checked the website, it was STILL AT THE DEPOT AT 12.15!!! Then PROMISED by customer services that mine was one of the first on the route. SMS stated delivery before 2.58pm. Still nothing. Asked for an email address to direct my complaint, given one that didn't exist. No wonder the lad in customer services was laughing throughout the call.
After finally locating an email address that works, I have forwarded the email to O2, and also to Watchdog, as suggested on this site. Also considering legal advice as I view this as nothing less than theft, they have my property and are plain refusing to return it.
