So Yodel have been involved in two deliveries this Christmas one to me and one for me.
A delivery for me arrived at the house and despite people being in the house the parcel was abandoned at the side of the house in the middle of the path in the RAIN.
A card was then pushed through the letter box, which on hearing was found to be from YODEL saying sorry we missed you. ( try harder )
The second, a delivery of wine as a Christmas present. Ordered through ihampers for delivery on the 18th December.
21st of December 2012 my friends found the box, 4 paces from the main road on the path outside their house. No card and totally by chance.
I looked at the tracking of this. On the 19th the parcel had not even left the depot. It was rescheduled for delivery on the 20th and eventually abandoned on the 21st.
I would not recommend YODEL to anyone who want their deliveries to arrive, never mind on time. Nor will i be using ihampers again.
