Disappointed that my order has not arrived in time for Xmas :(

This is the first time I've placed an order with the BCS - I ordered a box of goodies for my sister for Christmas. Unfortunately, despite placing my order on the 7/12, the order still has not reached Greece. It's now the 20/12 and we've been advised that the order will not arrive before Christmas. This means our Xmas crackers will not be pulled on Christmas day and the various chocolate goodies which were bought as xmas gifts will now be late. So, all in all, a bit of a disappointing experience.

We're very sorry that your parcel will not make it to you before Christmas. Parcel Force has had issues with transporting parcels to Greece and we realise how disappointing this must be for you. Unfortunately once we have dispatched the order the delivery is then out of our hands.

We hope that you still manage to enjoy your order once it arrives and that you have a lovely Christmas.
