I ordered a product from John Lewis on the 6th of December for a Christmas present for my little cousin - plenty of time for it to arrive at my front door before Christmas one would have thought! SO, after MANY discussions over a week and a half with John Lewis about my order and filling out declaration forms to say it has been "lost in the post" - I receive a phone call. On the other end is a lady who lives in the same village as me - who also has the same house number - but NOT the same address. She had my purchase delivered to her house on the 15th! She phoned them to arrange for Yodel to pick it back up to re-deliver it and they never showed up. Best of all, I tried phoning to complain to them and I literally ordered a chinese takeway for 5 people in the time it was ringing! It's nice to see there are actually some honest people still left in the World, compared to people who clearly dont give a monkeys about their customers. I would like to commend John Lewis on the excellent service they have given to me, but i am just so disappointed that they are letting a pants company like Yodel ruin their reputation! DEFINITELY recommend John Lewis - Hope I never have to deal with Yodel again.
