Have now taken off two days of work to wait in for yodels collection service (courtesy of <external link removed>); didn't show on the first day, so rearrange for today and waited in- didn't show today either. No one answers the customer service phones (which costs a fortune to call). <external link removed> have recommended I send the parcel by <external link removed>; of course now I have to wait until after the holidays, so my partner isn't getting his birthday present in time, plus I have to take the £13 hit on recorded delivery.
Yodel need to get their act together, and <external link removed> need to choose a new courier.
