SCAM !!! DID NOT SEND ANY PRODUCT AND DID NOT REFUND MY MONEY !!! AVOID !!!

Ordered Skype Dualphone from them, they charged my card very next day, after about a month I've contacted them that I have not received the product. They replied that it was sent to me and I should chceck with neighbours and my family members if somebody didn't collected it. They were not able to provide any tracking info. After another aprox 6 weeks and couple exchanged emails they have admitted they don't have this product in stock and promissed refund, which never arrived. Avoid this company and if you find the address of their business, let me know, I will visit them in person to get my money for the product and wasted time back.
Update: to Jennifer Hart: Today is 1st of April 2013 and I still do not have any refund from your company ! Good luck with your business. No phone number on the web site, mailbox registered company.

Apologies for the incovenience caused with the delays on your order, however your order initially shipped in Oct, and once it was confirmed lost a replacement order was processed, and it was then we were advised the item was no longer in stock. Hence, we will soon be processing your refund as advised shortly.
