Faulty unit replaced without fuss

Really impressed with MyTub. I've used them a handful of times for various bits and bobs costing just a few pounds, to over a hundred. Recently I ordered a showerhead and riser rail which was delivered promptly and with plenty of delivery updates. However within a few weeks the showerhead had broken.
I emailed MyTub's customer service dept and they quickly replied to say that they'd sort it out. Which they did. Replacement came just a couple of days later and all I had to do was to swap the faulty showerhead with the new one and return the rest of the package with the delivery driver. Perfect. Highly recommended.
