MY ORDER HAS BEEN IN THE DEPOT FOR OVER A WEEK. ITS A VERY IMPORTANT XMAS PRESENT AND NO SIGN OF IT BEING DELIVERED.
I HAVE RANG AND RANG AND EMAILED AND EMAILED AND I HAVE HAD NO REPLY, NOT ONCE. I HAVE EVEN HAD FAMILY MEMBERS RINGING FOR ME AND THEY HAVE HAD NO LUCK EITHER.
AS WRITING THIS I HAVE BEEN ON THE PHONE FOR OVER 5 MINS LISTENING TO THE PHOPNE RING AND RING AGAIN.
