When IWOOT works well and things do not go stray in the post, they are great. But I have been very disappointed with the customer service once something has gone wrong. I have twice asked for the form to fill in regarding my missing order, so that it can be cancelled and the money refunded to me for the items that have failed to arrive and have twice been sent an email without the required attachment. I only hope that the refund has gone through owing to the email I was forced to send cancelling the order after repeated failures to get the form to me.
