Fraser arrived on time (despite the Friday-before-Christmas rush-hour traffic) to change three tyres. He changed two quickly and efficiently. There was a problem removing the locking nut to the third, probably because of damage caused by a garage mechanic working on a wheel bearing earlier in the week. However, Fraser knew his stuff and told me the what I needed to do by way of getting the locking removed. He was a nice guy, courteous, efficient and knowledgeable. Top marks.
