Every number I ring is a robot on the other end!!!!!!!!1

I just happened to look yesterday 20/12/2012 on the tracking system, it said to expect my delivery 21/12/2012, so I have waited all day and got nothing, it is now 6.30 pm and of course not one human on the other end of the phone when you ring. One of the numbers asks you to re-schedule, erm I did not ring to do that. so I hung up. I have sent a message via DX, by the looks of things I am not going to hear anything from them tonight either. I don't mind waiting in all day, but hello these are important documents and I need to fly on 31st December,
