If you have any problems with delivery Do It Yourself. GSF are unhelpful they only tell you to contact Yodel even though your agreement is with GSF. My parcel showed as having been on the delivery van for three coNsecutive days without being delivered despite GSF stating that NORMALLY goods are dispatched within 24 hours. IT TOOK EIGHT DAYS FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE. Not a happy bunny.

Dear Mr Stenhouse,

I'm not sure where you get Yodel from - we don't use them, have never used them, and never plan to use them.

Your order was sent when ordered on the 12th with Royal Mail 2nd Class - a service which isn't tracked so again, there is no info to say it is on a delivery vehicle for three days. Obviously with Christmas post, things are slightly delayed with Royal Mail so that will be the reason for delay in delivery.

At least you received it before Christmas as stated you would in our Christmas delivery section on our website.
