Having to rate Yodel one star just to post was a difficult thing to do.
Ordered a phone from Virgin Mobile 9 days ago on next day delivery. Guess what? I'm still waiting. Virgin have tried to help but unfortunately they don't have the wit to change their courier service so cannot resolve the problem. They have sent three separate phones in the last week in an attempt to get at least one to me by Christmas. They have all been sitting in Yodel's Gatwick Depot for days.
Today after 6 hours on the phone to both Virgin and Yodel two of the phones had their status changed to "Out for delivery" but I have since done some research and now know that counts for nothing.
Avoid Yodel like the plague and check with other companies you do business with who they use as a courier. If they use Yodel ask them to send it by another firm, if they won't then take your business to a competent company. Any company using Yodel is neither competent nor interested in customer service.
