Received an email with one hour time slot half way through the day, I waited in all day , my slot was between 4.28 to 5.28pm, but you guessed it no one turned up !!! Got another email half an hour later telling me I was out!!! no i wasnt and my husband was at home by that time also, no card was put through my door so I can only assume that the driver was never here !!!!
Had to open the Christmas port early, in an effort to calm down !!!! I wonder if it will turn up on Monday now, if not I will put in another review, and cancel my order and they can take it back and give me a refund.
I am sick to death with being taken for a mug by these delivery companies, another one to add to my blacklist !!!!!

Really sorry for the initial delay in delivery. I see the parcel was delivered at around midday the following day (22 Dec 2012) - was everything okay when we visited? Please let me know if you wish to discuss this matter further - socialmedia@interlinkexpress.com
