Further to my message below, I would like to add that I received this order today. Still a bit unacceptable to receive parcels after two weeks or even more ..within the EU!

It happened to me as well.
I remember the first order was delivered promptly- received within a week.
And now after two weeks, I still haven't received my last order ( Order Number: 29661640).
Even their customer care is somewhat inconsistent. When I tried to cancel this order (before it was despatched), the customer care rep told me that yes it can be cancelled & that I can be refunded, then I received an e-mail telling me that this order cannot be cancelled as it was ready for despatch.
I hate this inconsistency with lookfantastic.com & I'm seriously considering of refraining from using their services in the near future.
I ordered a PS3 game and was supposedly delivered on 6th Dec.2012.
To date I still haven't received it (it's 21/12/12 already)....perhaps parcel got stuck
somewhere because of domesday !?:)
Anyway, this is not the first time that I receive orders late or none at all ! This is going to be my last order!
