Plain and simple. Lied about attempting a delivery four days ago (I was in the house at the time they claimed to have sent a driver round, and there was no card left) - re-arranged online for today and have spent fourteen hours waiting for a parcel which according to their online tracking "service" has not even left their parcel depot. In keeping with other feedback, spent about 15-20 minutes on hold without getting through to an operator. If it wasn't an important parcel I was waiting for, I would quite literally write off the money I had spent on it just for the convenience of not having to spend another day like this waiting for these conmen. I find it absolutely unbelievable that Yodel seem to be picking up more and more contracts from big companies (Orange, in my case) - as this is easily the worst level of service I have ever received in my life, in any circumstance, ever.
