Ordered item on 14Dec for delivery by 19Dec, nothing checked tracking info on website showed as signed for my customer. As this point I was feeling quite annoyed, had a look around at some forums, but decided to mail CEO Alex Baldock, he was away until news year but emailed details of some of his team. I contacted one of them eventually by phone, and she checked a few things out with the courier company (yodel) and found that this particular courier could not account for deliveries made that day specifically mine. She reordered the item on 19Dec for delivery on 21Dec, and would you believe this no delivery today. Just called the customer care operator and he has reported this for some other team to look into and check with the courier company. I can unfortunately see a very bad pattern immerging. Three days to Christmas, and the possibility of buying this item anywhere by then is zero, Very were the last hope last Friday 14Dec. What a very disappointing company. I now have to explain to my grandson that the present he was hoping has been stolen by a very bad person who is very dishonest. How sad the country has become.
