The worst experience I've ever had trying to buy a cooker. Ordered on 26/11/12 and paid for it upfront. I was told it would be delivered to me on/or around the end of the first week of December. I phoned up at the end of the week in December (7th) to find out where it was only to be told it was going to be another week or so! Phoned again on 17th December to inquire where my undelivered cooker was, I was told they'd call be back in a few minutes - I had to call back an hour later, only to be told they'd phone me back 'soon'. Whilst waiting, I called the manufacturers who informed me there were only 4 in stock, I then phoned Redhill again and told them that they were in stock, who said they'd phone me back soon (AGAIN!). When they did eventually phone back, they said they couldn't get me one until after Christmas - bearing in mind I told them at the time of purchase I needed it before Christmas due to no oven. GREAT. No turkey for Christmas!
Long story short, phoned Apple Electrics in Reading who got me one in three days. Only good thing about Redhill was that I got my money refunded the same day.
PLEASE PLEASE (I AM BEGGING YOU) DO NOT SHOP AT REDHILL APPLIANCE - SHOP ELSE WHERE! THEY ARE NOT TO BE TRUSTED!
