I ordered a bracelet for my sister for Christmas on Dec. 2. I emailed once about why it was taking so long to get here and never heard a response. It finally arrived today (12/21) and was BROKEN!! I can not locate a customer service number to call about getting a refund. I have emailed them, but judging upon my last experience with no response, who knows what will happen. If I do not hear back within 24 hrs like their website states, I am contacting PayPal about a refund. Not only am I upset about it taking so long and being damaged, but the material was cheap and plastic-like. Definitely not worth the money I spent. I will not order from here again, not will I recommend anyone else do so either.
