Poor communication

Ordering the bed was easy and it seemed like a very nice bed for a low price, however when I took the day off to wait for it to arrive it never came. I was told it was not shipped that morning but they had neglected to tell me that until I rang them up in the evening to ask how much longer I had to wait. The refund was however quick and easy to obtain.
