In working for a training provider that supplies customers service skills, this is always the first thing that I notice when buying a new product and has an impact on my purchase. Three members of staff approached us on arrival in a small town shop eager to help. We had a specific phone and deal online that we had researched and was looking at the options avaiable in store. Although in store they couldn't match the deal we were offered, they put us on the phone to online sales that could, with cashback too. Although once deal was taken over the phone the store really showed little interest in trade of current phone and tried to encourage us to purchase another phone that they could match the price with.
Definitley worth asking about the cashback deals available as there often is one. Phone arrived the next day (was told within 5 working days) although this was without the charge plate.
Although details of how to claim the FREE charge plate should have been explained fully as this has been quite a task to get hold of anyone to discuss further.
