Total LIE in their tracking document via <external link removed>

Really disappointed that <external link removed> have started using YODEL - they used to use <external link removed> for all books and never had issues in the past. I was waiting on 2 items and on <external link removed> tracking it told me YODEL was the courier and gave a tracking ID.

Clicked the link to track and I was told the items were delivered and were left in 'MY PORCH'

Now I live in an apartment block with 79 other apartments so I do not have a porch. Called <external link removed> and they called Yodel and <external link removed> told me Yodel confirmed the items were left in my porch. LIARS! I do not have a porch....

Posted on Facebook and so many of my friends came back with negative stories about this company.

Have told <external link removed> I will be reviewing my future purchases if they continue to use this company for deliveries.
