I'm very sorry for the delay with your order arriving. Unfortunately even though it was shipped within the time we state the post was obviously very slow in reaching you. I'm afraid with our standard service goods are sent by Royal Mail post and are not trackable. This means having to be patient sometimes, although to take as long as it did is very rare. I'm pleased that we have now rectified the situation and a new order has been received.
