I have bought 2 watches in last twelve months. My first purchase is the reason for 3 stars. I purchased an Citizen Eco drive online, easy enough! But wondered why I did not receive conformation email of my purchase. After a week I contacted watch hut to confirm that my order had been processed, to which the sales person assured me my watch was on its way (should have known as I had no tracking conformation yet) I had to contact them a further 5 times over the next two weeks getting basically the same story. Eventually I spoke to a very nice lady who then decided to look a bit more closely as to why my watch has not arrived. It transpired that the watch I ordered was not in stock at the time I ordered it, we'll that's the excuse anyway! So I was offered a refund to which I refused and demanded that they get the watch I ordered to me. Three weeks of messing me about, I wasn't letting them off the hook with a refund. After a day I received an email stating my watch was in transit an received it three days later.
Disappointed as it was my Christmas present to myself.
Last December I ordered another watch as the price was very competitive. This purchase went without a hitch, and received my watch within 5 days, can't fault the service for that one.
People will Mostly judge a service on how well it rectifies problems rather than how good the service is when it goes wrong. This review would have been very different if I had not been messed around and told lots of porky pies in the beginning. So in all honesty I can't give a review with more than 3 stars, even though I received excellent service on one of my purchases.

Thank you for your feedback. We apologise sincerely that there was an issue with the initial order with us; I can see the original order was for a Michael Kors watch and we advised that there would be a delay in dispatch as the item was not available at our central location. We later provided an update that the item was no longer available and an alternative was selected. This was delivered within 7 working days of the original purchase date.
We're delighted that you decided to place a secondary order with us and that this arrived the next working day, and we hope you'll continue to consider us for future purchases.

Customer service terrible

Bought an iPad 3 months ago on buy now pay later 12 months, when I noticed I was paying interest I contacted customer services. I was informed by them that because it has been over 3 months that they would not do anything about it.
Will be closing my account as soon as it is cleared.
This company does not want to take responsibility for its own mistakes
