Ordered RED carpets and received BROWN, and yet the paperwork with RED on it was placed INSIDE the BROWN carpets.
Whilst I'm more than satisfied with the correct carpets received several days later, I was annoyed at the careless picking and packing of my order. Especially when I had to stay in for a day to collect the new carpets and send the others back, which were returned and new ones send by TWO companies. So really frustrating when informed it would be a straight swap - far from it.
