Boohoo.com held my order and payment for nearly a week and it was only when I sent a e mail to you querying delivery of the item which was intended as a birthday present for 16th December that I suddenly without explanation, had a refund and e mail telling me the item was out of stock. Had I not sent that e mail when (if ever) would I have been told? Customer Service only seem able to reply with stock answers which are patronising, with my last e mail being completely ignored with no reply at all. . As you point out (in case I wasn't aware) you are indeed in a fast moving business, which, if you are to continue developing needs its systems and customer service to be just as fast moving, maybe look at the way one of your main competitors works whose system is simple, effective and courteous. Very disappointed.
