I was notified by Amazon that my purchase had been despatched and was given the expected delivery date. When that date passed I logged into Yodel tracking to find out where the parcel was. Tracking log claimed they had tried but failed to deliver the package which is a lie - the house was occupied all day plus Yodel website claims that if they can't deliver parcel in person it would be left in the porch. We have a porch so why no parcel? Tracking log shows the parcel has been in their local distribution centre for 3 days now, with no time or date given for expected delivery. Can't get through on the phone as line is constantly engaged. Absolutely appalling service.
