Shocking!!!

Well I eventually got through to the hut after days of trying only to be told item is now sold out and I will have to fill in a form to say item not received!!! This is the second time item not received!! And refund will only go in after form returned and 3-5 day after that!! It is now Christmas Eve and I will have one disappointed wee boy!! I a not a happy mum !!
