Ordered some presents from Amazon a few days back, paid for premium delivery...
Then got told when this package did not come (yes, I waited ALL day at home and YES the doorbell is VERY loud) that they could not 'access my property' and only went and sent the package back to amazon as 'the driver accidentally said we refused delivery!!!!
They did NOT come - DPD, if you are reading this, judging from the similar problems below, you are beyond capacity.... and above all else, you are utter shi1te if you cannot realise the capacity of drivers to parcels you need - you cannot just lie and say you delivered a parcel and nobody is there.... awful, awful stuff
